Bin locations and zones

Every product gets a structured address — warehouse, zone, aisle, rack, shelf, bin — and every address is a barcode. The address travels with the product through pick lists, counts and transfers, which is what lets a brand-new packer walk straight to B-12 instead of touring the building.

Pick routes and batching

Orders can be batched into a single optimized walk through the aisles, sorted so the picker never doubles back. Each pick is confirmed by scanning the item at the shelf, and a wrong scan is refused on the spot — mispicks get caught where they are cheapest to fix.

Packing and shipping

Transfers and multiple sites

Moving stock between warehouses becomes a documented transfer with a sender, a receiver and an in-transit state, so goods on a truck stop being invisible. Each site keeps its own levels and reports while headquarters sees the whole network in one view.
